TL;DR
Go to skool.com/login. Enter your email and password, or click 'Continue with Google'. That's it — you're in. If you forgot your password, click the reset link, check your email, and set a new one. If your email isn't recognized, you may have signed up with Google originally — try the Google button instead. The mobile apps (iOS and Android) use the exact same credentials as the web. There's no separate 'my Skool' login portal — Skool is a single platform, and your one account gives you access to every community you've joined or created. If you can't get in after trying both methods, the support email is support@skool.com and they typically respond within a business day.

Sign in on the web
Open skool.com in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge all work. Click 'Log In' in the top-right corner. You'll land on the login page with two options: email-and-password, or 'Continue with Google'. If you signed up with email, type your email and password, then hit Enter. You'll be redirected to your dashboard, which lists every community you've joined. If you have multiple communities, you can switch between them with the sidebar. There's no separate admin URL — community owners log in the same way as members and toggle into 'admin view' once inside their community. One quirk: if you stay logged in for 30+ days without activity, Skool may ask you to re-authenticate as a session refresh — that's normal.

Go to skool.com/login in any browser, or open the Skool mobile app.

- 3Enter credentials
Type your email and password, or pick your Google account in the popup. Hit Enter.
- 4Land in your dashboard
You'll see every community you've joined. Click any one to enter its feed.
- 5If locked out, reset
Click 'Forgot password?', check your email for a reset link, set a new password, and log in.
Sign in with Google
Click 'Continue with Google' on the login page. A Google popup appears asking you to pick the account. Choose the email you signed up with, click 'Allow', and you're back on Skool — logged in. This is the fastest method and the most secure: you inherit Google's two-factor authentication, so your Skool account is as safe as your Google account. If you originally signed up with email-and-password but want to switch to Google login, the trick is to make sure your Skool email matches your Google email. If they match, signing in with Google will land you in your existing account. If they don't, you'll create a separate Skool account by accident — contact support to merge them.
Sign in on the app
Download the Skool app from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) — search for 'Skool Communities'. Open it, tap 'Log In', and use the same email-and-password or Google option you use on the web. The mobile app shows your communities in a list, and tapping one drops you into the feed. Notifications, DMs, posts, comments — everything is mirrored between web and app. If you want to manage your community on the go (replying to DMs, approving members, posting), the app handles all of it. For heavier admin work like running DM blasts, exporting members, or scheduling posts, the web is still better — that's where Chrome extensions like tools4skool plug in to add the automation Skool itself doesn't ship.
Reset your password
On the login page, click 'Forgot password?'. Enter the email tied to your Skool account. A reset link lands in your inbox within 60 seconds — check spam if it doesn't show. The link is single-use and expires in about an hour, so use it fast. Click it, set a new password (at least 8 characters; mix letters, numbers, and a symbol), and you're back in. If the reset email never arrives, the most common reason is that you signed up with Google originally and don't actually have a password — try 'Continue with Google' instead. The second most common reason is a typo in your email; try variations of your address. If neither works, support@skool.com can verify your account through other means.
Troubleshooting
Three common issues. First: 'Email not found.' This usually means you signed up with a different email than you're typing, or you signed up with Google. Try Google login first. Second: 'Wrong password.' Reset it. Don't keep guessing — Skool will rate-limit you after a handful of attempts. Third: 'Account locked.' Rare, but happens after too many failed logins or if Skool's anti-spam flagged you. Email support@skool.com with your account email and they'll unlock it. For community owners, also know that being logged in to Skool isn't the same as being authorized for the API or extensions — Chrome extensions like tools4skool authenticate via your existing browser session, so as long as you're logged in to skool.com in the same Chrome profile, the extension works without you typing your password into a third-party tool.
