How to log in
1. Go to skool.com. 2. Click Login in the top right. 3. Enter your email and password. 4. Or click Continue with Google if your account uses Google Sign-In. 5. You're in.
That's it. There is no separate enterprise login, no per-community login, no SSO option. All Skool logins go through skool.com.
Which method to use:
- Email + password if you signed up that way originally.
- Google if you signed up with Google. Skool ties the account to one or the other; you can't switch back and forth.
If you've forgotten which method you used, try email reset first — it'll tell you if no password is on file (which means you signed up with Google instead).
Mobile apps (iOS, Android) use the same login flow. Open the app, tap Login, enter credentials. The app remembers you for ~30 days unless you log out manually.

Reset your Skool password
1. Go to skool.com/login. 2. Click Forgot password. 3. Enter the email on your account. 4. Check your inbox (and spam) for a reset email. 5. Click the link, set a new password, log in.
The reset email expires within 1 hour. If it doesn't arrive in 5 minutes, check your spam folder. If still missing, it's likely your account uses Google Sign-In instead of a password — try clicking Continue with Google with the same email instead.
If you've changed email providers since signing up, you'll need access to the old email to receive the reset. If you no longer have access, email support@skool.com with details of your account (community URL, names of communities you own, last login date) and they can help verify identity and update.

Common Skool login errors and fixes
'Invalid email or password.' Triple-check spelling and caps. If you're sure they're right, your account may use Google Sign-In — try that instead.
'Account not found.' You may be using a different email than the one you signed up with. Check old confirmation emails from Skool to find the right address.
'Two-factor required' but you don't have access to the device. Click 'Lost device' or use a backup code if you saved one. Otherwise email support — recovery requires identity verification.
Stuck on loading screen. Browser cache issue. Hard-refresh (Cmd+Shift+R / Ctrl+F5), try incognito mode, or try a different browser.
Google Sign-In not working. You're probably signed into the wrong Google account in your browser. Sign out of all Google accounts and try again, picking the right one.
Mobile app won't log in. Force-close, reopen. Update to latest app version. Check internet connection. Worst case, uninstall and reinstall.
Logged out unexpectedly. Skool sessions last ~30 days but you'll be logged out sooner if you change password, enable two-factor, or revoke sessions from Settings → Security.
Securing your Skool account
Recommended security setup:
- Strong unique password. Don't reuse a password you use elsewhere. Skool has been a high-profile platform since 2023; reused passwords are a phishing risk.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA). Account Settings → Security → Enable two-factor. Use Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password. SMS 2FA is also available but less secure.
- Save backup codes. When you enable 2FA, Skool gives you backup codes — print them and put them somewhere physical. They unlock your account if you lose your phone.
- Review active sessions. Account Settings → Security → Active sessions. Revoke any you don't recognize.
- Use a password manager. 1Password, Bitwarden, or your browser's built-in manager. Don't type your Skool password on shaky public WiFi.
What to watch for:
- Phishing emails pretending to be Skool. The legit domain is skool.com — anything from skool.co, skool-app.com, or other lookalikes is fake.
- Anyone DMing you offering 'Skool support' or claiming to need your password. Skool support never asks for passwords. Report and ignore.
- Suspicious login alerts. Skool emails when a new device signs in. If it wasn't you, change password immediately and revoke all sessions.
For community owners, also: enable 2FA before connecting Stripe. Stripe-connected accounts are higher-value targets for attackers since they handle real money.
Stop leaving DMs, churn, and revenue on the table.
