Common questions

How do I connect my Skool account?
Log into skool.com in your browser first. Then open the Tools4Skool extension and click "Connect / Refresh Account" on the Tools tab. It uses your existing browser session — no password needed.
Will Skool ban me for using this?
No. We use your existing browser cookies — the same way you already browse Skool. We operate within Skool's rate limits intentionally. Thousands of community owners use this without issues.
My extension is not connecting. What do I do?
Make sure you are logged into skool.com first. Then click "Connect / Refresh Account" in the extension while on any skool.com page. If it still fails, try logging out of skool.com and logging back in, then connect again.
My sequences are not sending DMs. Why?
Check that your sequence is Active (not Paused). Also confirm your Skool account is connected and shows green in the Tools tab. If your browser session expired, click "Connect / Refresh Account" again.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your dashboard → Billing page → click Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period. No fees. No forms.
Is my Skool password stored anywhere?
Never. We use your existing browser session (cookies). Your Skool password is never seen, never stored, never sent to our servers.
Can I use this on multiple Skool groups?
Yes. Starter plan supports 2 accounts, Pro supports 5, Agency supports 15. Connect each group separately via the extension.
What is the difference between Tools4Skool and Skoot?
We are cheaper ($89/mo vs $97/mo on Pro), and we have features Skoot does not: image DMs, unreplied inbox filter, multi-condition sequences, and pipeline + tags that stay synced.
