We collect your email address and Skool session cookies (auth_token, client_id, AWSALB, aws-waf-token) when you connect a Skool account via our Chrome extension. Cookies are stored encrypted in our database and used solely to make API requests to Skool on your behalf.
Your Skool cookies are used exclusively to perform actions you explicitly request: sending DMs, fetching member lists, reading analytics, and automating sequences. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
The Tools4Skool Chrome extension reads cookies from skool.com using the chrome.cookies API. This is the only way to access the httpOnly auth_token cookie. The extension only activates when you click Connect — it does not run in the background or track your browsing.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the dashboard. Cookie data is automatically invalidated when your Skool session expires.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Cookies are stored encrypted at rest in our database hosted on a private server.
