Skool ERP login: school management software vs skool.com

Two different things share the spelling. Here's the disambiguation and the actual login flows for each.

Two completely different systems

When people search "skool erp login", they almost always mean their school's internal ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system used for grades, attendance, fees, and announcements. Many schools brand their ERP with the spelling "Skool" — like "MyEduSkool" or "Skool ERP".

This has nothing to do with skool.com — the SaaS community platform — which is unrelated to schools and doesn't run an ERP.

If you need your school's ERP login

Each school's ERP has its own URL and login credentials provided by the institution. The system isn't centralised — there's no master "Skool ERP" login page.

Where to find your school's ERP:

  • Check the email or letter from the school with the ERP link and your initial credentials.
  • Visit your school's official website — the ERP login is usually linked from the homepage or parent portal.
  • Contact the school's IT office or front desk for the URL if you've lost it.

Common school ERP vendors (different from skool.com) include MyClassboard, Fedena, Schoollog, and others. Each has its own login flow.

  1. 1
Identify which system you actually need

If your school sent you an ERP link, use that. If you're trying to log into skool.com (the community platform), go to skool.com directly.

  2. 2
    School ERP login

Go to your specific school's ERP URL (often <school-name>.erp.<vendor>.com or similar). Use the credentials your school provided.

  3. 3
    skool.com login

Visit skool.com, click Sign In, enter your email or sign in with Google.

  4. 4
    Forgot password

Both systems have a 'Forgot password' link on the login page. School ERPs may also require contacting the school IT office.

If you actually want skool.com

skool.com is a SaaS platform for paid online communities — unrelated to schools. To log in:

1. Visit skool.com. 2. Click Sign In in the top-right. 3. Enter your email and password, or sign in with Google.

If you've never created a Skool account, you'd Sign Up instead. Joining a specific community happens after you have an account — visit skool.com/<community-handle> and click Join.

Login troubleshooting (both systems)

Common issues:

  • Wrong system: half of "skool erp login" frustration is people on the wrong site. Confirm you're on your school's ERP URL or on skool.com depending on what you actually need.
  • Forgot password: both systems have a "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. School ERPs may require contacting the school IT office for resets.
  • Browser cache: try a private/incognito window if a stuck login screen won't refresh.
  • 2FA / OTP: many school ERPs send a one-time-password to the registered phone or email. Check spam.

Stop leaving DMs, churn, and revenue on the table.
