Where to log into Skool from Germany

Skool runs from a single global domain: skool.com. There is no German-specific version (skool.de is not an official Skool site). All users from DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) log in at the same skool.com as everyone else worldwide.

Flow:

  • Type skool.com into your browser (or use a saved bookmark).
  • Click Login top right.
  • Enter email and password, or click 'Continue with Google.'

The interface is English only as of 2026. There's no German localization. If your English is limited, browser translation (Chrome → right-click → 'Translate to German') makes the UI usable. The interface is plain enough that even with minimal English most German-speaking users navigate fine.

Mobile: Skool ships native iOS and Android apps. Login works the same way — same email and password as on skool.com. Skool's apps are available in the German App Store and Google Play.

Login steps

Email + password:

1. Go to skool.com. 2. Click Login top right. 3. Enter your email address. 4. Enter your password. 5. Click Sign In. 6. If two-factor is enabled, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator. 7. You're in — your communities appear in the left sidebar.

Google Sign-In:

1. Go to skool.com. 2. Click Login. 3. Click Continue with Google. 4. Pick the right Google account. 5. Authorize. 6. You're in.

Which path to use depends on how you originally signed up. If you don't remember, try the password reset flow first — if Skool says 'no password set,' you signed up via Google. Skool ties accounts to one method at a time.

Mobile apps use the same authentication. Same email, same password, same Google account.

Common login issues for users in Germany

'Invalid email or password.' Triple-check spelling and capitalization. If you're sure they're right, your account may use Google Sign-In — try that instead.

'Account not found.' You may be using a different email than the one you signed up with. Search for old confirmation emails from Skool to find the right address.

Two-factor required but you don't have your device. Click 'Lost device' for backup-code recovery. Otherwise email support@skool.com for identity-verified recovery (response in English, 24–72 hours).

Page won't load. Browser cache issue. Hard-refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R), try incognito mode, or try a different browser.

Google Sign-In not working. You're signed into the wrong Google account in your browser. Sign out of all Google accounts and try again, picking the right one.

First-time international Stripe charge declined. Some German banks block first international card charges. Call your bank to authorize, then retry the payment. Common with Sparkasse and DKB cards.

Mobile app login fails. Force-close and reopen. Update to the latest version. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Avoiding phishing copies of Skool

Skool has been public enough since 2023 to attract phishing. Watch for:

  • skool.co (different TLD, different organization).
  • skool.de (does not exist as an official Skool site — anyone offering this is not Skool).
  • skool-app.com, skool-login.com (added words).
  • skoool.com, 5kool.com (typo or digit substitution).

Safety habits:

1. Bookmark skool.com once and use only that bookmark for login. 2. Don't click 'Login to Skool' links from unsolicited emails. Go to skool.com directly and log in there. 3. Verify the URL before entering credentials. Should be exactly skool.com. 4. Enable two-factor (Account Settings → Security). Even if your password leaks, 2FA blocks unauthorized access. 5. Use a password manager like 1Password or Bitwarden. They only autofill on the legitimate domain — autofill failure on a lookalike is a phishing signal.

If you've entered credentials on a phishing page: change your skool.com password immediately, enable two-factor, and revoke active sessions from Account Settings → Security. Watch your linked email for unauthorized password-reset attempts.

Stop leaving DMs, churn, and revenue on the table.

Frequently asked

skool.com — click Login top right. There is no German-specific Skool domain (skool.de is not official). All users from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland log in at the same skool.com. The interface is English only, but you can use browser translation (Chrome's right-click → Translate) if needed. iOS and Android apps work in the German App Store and Google Play and use the same login credentials.
